2. Services and Deliverables
Studio Ru'ya provides design, development, marketing, and connected technology solutions. We aim to deliver projects as per agreed specifications, timelines, and proposals signed specific to each client engagement. Modification requests may entail extra costs and delays outside initial agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of final payment, all specific deliverables designed exclusively for the client shall become the property of the client. However, Studio Ru'ya retains the right to display the finalized work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials. Our proprietary methodologies, existing codes, frameworks, and background technologies remain the property of Studio Ru'ya.
4. Payment and Fees
Payment terms shall be determined by the specific proposal accepted by you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services completely in the event of late or missed payments. All applicable taxes under Indian law, including GST, apply as per the prevailing rates.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Studio Ru'ya, its directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services, irrespective of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Specifically, they are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any subsequent amendments. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Studio Ru'ya reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.
