Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery of Digital Services

Studio Ru'ya primarily offers services including application development, website creation, marketing campaigns, and design (UI/UX). Therefore, "Shipping" in the context of our digital services refers to the digital delivery of completed projects or project milestones.

• Delivery Timeline: Timeframes for project delivery are discussed during the initial consultation and are outlined in the customized proposal or contract signed with the client.
• Method of Delivery: Final files, source code, hosting access, and brand assets will be delivered digitally via secure cloud storage links, email, or a centralized project management platform.
• Delays: We strive to meet all deadlines. However, delivery timelines might be subject to delay if we do not receive timely feedback or necessary resources from the client. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.

2. Interior Design Shipping & Logistics

For users engaging with our Interior Design branch:

• Material Sourcing & Delivery: Sourcing timelines for raw materials, custom woodwork, and furnishings are highly dependent on supplier availability. Delivery schedules for physical goods to the client's site will be communicated well in advance.
• Shipping Costs: When applicable, freight and transportation costs for bringing materials to out-of-station projects or dedicated client sites will be separately highlighted in the quotation and borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
• Damage during Transit: In the event any material is damaged during transit to the project site, Studio Ru'ya will evaluate the case to replace or rework the damaged material. Clients must inspect delivered goods upon arrival at the site.

3. Governing Compliance

Our shipping and delivery estimates for physical materials comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. However, most of our agreements involve bespoke design execution, making each delivery timeframe strictly subject to individual project scopes.
